Since our products are handmade and personalized, we cannot accept returns. However, with our optional “preview service” (for an extra fee), we send you a photo before shipping. This allows you to approve or request revisions before your crochet dog is finalized.
We completely understand that customers want their plush to match their vision as closely as possible. However, previews and revisions require extra time and cost. Offering this for every order would significantly delay production. That’s why we charge a small fee for this service, so only those who truly need it use it—without slowing down the process for everyone else.
